At Anderson & Scholars , we believe that true sustainable change comes from empowering a new generation of leaders. The Global Youth Leadership for Sustainable Cocoa (GYLSCO) embodies this vision: a program designed to equip young cocoa entrepreneurs with the tools, knowledge, and networks needed to build a prosperous and sustainable future.
Today, it is no longer simply about training farmers, but about shaping enlightened entrepreneurs, aware of the strategic role they play in the social, economic and environmental transformation of their communities.
Through an approach based on the knowledge economy, we help them maximize their resources, innovate and create a more equitable and sustainable value chain.
